John has had a great impact on my interview skills and confidence as we prepared for my first professional interview. I started by sending over the job description for the role and the company that I was applying for. From here, using his knowledge of interview techniques and question structuring, John was able to put together interview questions tailed to the job spec and the industry. After holding a mock interview, John gave me constructive feedback and explained in detail where my strongest and weakest points of interview were. John made recommendations of how to improve on my weaker answers, explaining the process throughout, and how to further enhance my stronger answers. I am looking forward to the outcome of my interview and have confidence that I have succeeded thanks to the help and support that John provided.

Recently being made redundant the thought of an interview was quite daunting. Having no interview experience for six years I reached out to Benjamin for a mock interview. I sent off a few job applications that i was interested in and from that Benjamin collated a range of interview questions.

The interview itself was extremely helpful, Benjamin had a personable and friendly personality which made me feel more at ease. I was then asked a series of questions related to my job interests, Benjamin was patient with my responses and encouraging.

After the interview, Benjamin took 5 - 10 minutes to assemble the feedback. It was then presented back to me in a motivating format by starting with all the positives from the interview. Benjamin then explained to me how I could improve and gave me examples on how to do this. I found this very useful because I was being given feedback and being shown how I could personally improve my answers.

The interview practice did exactly what I wanted.  I was able to try out answers and get good, direct feedback.  I was more than ready for my actual interview and although I was still nervous I know that I performed much better than I would have done with out the solid guidance and practice that this gave me.  Thanks guys, I'll be back when I am ready to move up.
